It really took me a while to appreciate the fall in Alaska. I miss the longer autumn days and the more vivid oranges and reds of Kentucky. I have found great pleasure in the falls days here as well. There are a few things that must be done in the fall.
Long drives to look at the leaves.
Running in fall races.
Hikes through our beautiful terrain.
Long afternoon walks.
Visits to the farm.
Hay rides.
