Here is the recipe she followed
- Cake flour - 4 tablespoons.
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- An egg
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa (2 tablespoons)
Mix in all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa) in your mug really well but not puffing it all around!
Next, crack your egg and mix it along with the dry ingredients. (This might need a bit of muscle!)It is important that you mix the egg in well when doing this, you don't want lumpy cakes.
Add in the milk and oil and mix slowly, but thoroughly.
Now that all your ingredients are inside and mixed, put your raw cupcake in the microwave and set it for three minutes on max.
After the mixture stops rising and then suddenly falls in the mug, you'll know it's ready.
Take it out of the microwave and tip it over onto a saucer. To enjoy it to its full potential, generously pour melted chocolate and sprinkles onto it for a good treat.
